I submitted a request to RI DOC for status of Richard Hatch's arrest, but they have not replied. I thought secret arrest doesn't happen in America?
According to News Around The Globe, Hatch is detained by Barnstable County Sheriff in Bourne. According to The Boston Globe, Hatch is in a federal facility in Bourne.
Anyone know where I can send Richard a postcard?
